You can pay 50% upfront if I agree to your commission, and 50% before I send the final piece.

You can pay 50% upfront after agreement and 50% while I'm working on the commission.

You can pay 100% upfront before I start working on your piece.In terms of refunds, I will provide full refunds if I cannot finish a piece due to personal circumstances. If I have for example a sketch, or the lineart, or the lineart and flat color I will keep payment for whatever level of finished I am if you like the level of progress the piece is at when I have to drop it. If you're willing to wait until my circumstances change I'll be willing to pick the commission back up and finish it depending on the piece!Payment methods are through Cashapp or Paypal. Other methods can be discussed.
Terms of Service
If you order a commission that means you have read through and agreed to my TOS. Depending on the violation of any of these rules, you will either be warned and forgiven or blacklisted and not permitted any more art.There are multiple payment options, you will have my other art as a reference to see whether or not the price is worth your money. My time and effort is valuable, especially while I'm still in school. We can discuss the best method of payment if you cannot pay it all upfront or if you cannot pay with the apps listed.You can ask to see the art in progress whenever you'd like.My art style may change or vary but not change enough to be a completely different style. Some subjects I draw certain ways or certain features are easier to draw within that art style, and that goes for rendering as well. If there are specific art traits in the variations of my art style that you would like included in a piece, please let me know!I can decline any commission I deem out of my comfort zone or not within my rules.You don't need to provide references but it's greatly encouraged! If no references for poses, characters, or outfits are provided then I will send you references for you to approve.For original characters, you need to provide visual references as well as information about the character.I will be posting the commissions after they're finished, you may choose whether or not I tag you as the person who requested the commission. I will keep all of your information private, (of course), and anything revolving around clientele will be kept private unless given express permission to share - excluding the obvious personal information that could possibly be dangerous if shared on the internet.Do not use my art for NFTs or anything relating to Cryptocurrency or use it with anything relating to AI art. I do not authorize my art being used as NFT art or used in developing AI art.You may use my art as icons or repost it but please credit me! I'm still a small artist and need to get my art out there with my credits. The piece is given to you but I retain all rights to the art itself. I do not tolerate any of my work being used for commercial use without my permission, if I find out it is used for other businesses, and/or claimed as someone else's artwork, you will be blacklisted and won't be able to order any more commissions or possibly buy any of my other artworks on future shops. Just be open and honest with your communication, please and thank you.For book illustrations, shirts or merch designs, you will not have to pay a residual income on my work, but the overall price will be more expensive and you will need to properly credit me on the book. For game illustrations, the pricing will remain similar to the already listed pricing, additional weapons, gear, backgrounds will be priced according to their complexity and what is requested.Do not take my artwork and resell it, again you will be blacklisted and reported wherever you are reselling my art.Please be very descriptive if you have a specific idea in mind, I don't mind if you send a messy concept idea or thumbnail that just conveys the basic idea. In fact those are appreciated!I will send you a picture of the sketch for approval, and please if it is not to your liking tell me what to fix or change! As long as it's still in my 'will draw' list.I expect anyone ordering commissions to be kind and empathetic, if any issues with your commission or any issues with getting your commission done on time I will openly communicate with you! I will be respectful and kind during the commission process and I expect to be given the same. I will not tolerate rude or cruel behavior. If you do not like my art then don't order a commission. If you do not like the end result, we can talk about the best method to fix it and change it to your liking.The time it takes for a commission will be discussed personally and will vary from piece to piece. If there are any delays or issues arise you will be notified ASAP.
